Within two years, Michael achieved his Broker's License and began Verdone Commercial Brokerage, specializing in income producing properties and limited partnerships... all at the age of 21. With a degree in both Finance and Economics, and experience in knowing what it takes to construct a home, Michael gravitated to residential real estate and founded Economic Concepts in 1978.
